Ordering, Pickups & Payments

ORDERING

  • Order pick up times are started once order is paid in full, not when you enter the store.
  • All orders are started once submitted – cancellations or changes cannot be made thereafter.
  • Cut-off times: there is a 5 “business” hour time frame for same day pickups (does not include closed hours/days).

*If express pickups are needed try our 1-2 hour/express service.

 PRODUCTION TIME + SHIPPING TIME = DELIVERY TIME

*No production is started without full payment*
 

  • STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME:

         3-5 business days - credit or debit

  • EXPRESS PRODUCTION TIME:

         Express & Same Day* - Western Union, Money Gram, Walmart 2 Walmart and cash only 

  • Need express and can’t make it in with cash?

         We suggest using one of the wired payment services (Western Union, Money Gram or Walmart 2 Walmart).
 

  • Is order being shipped and you need faster processing/production time?

         We suggest using one of the wired payment services (Western Union, Money Gram or Walmart 2 Walmart)         - not including shipping time.

 
 

 PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT

Credit/debit cards must be verified prior to production for fraud protection. When paying using any wired service – your fees will be credited back to you in the form of free* buttons.

 USING YOUR CREDIT CARD 

  • ThinkCustom.net never sees your credit card number
  • ThinkCustom.net never stores your credit card information on our platform
  • All credit card orders have to be completed online through the Stripe checkout
  • ThinkCustom.net uses Stripe.com  (click on link for more information) to protect all credit card orders
 

PICK UPS

  • We do not offer early pickups; we keep to the times given once order has been paid for.
  • Cash payments – you must have store receipt or a screenshot of order # from web site account.
  • Wired payments – you must have a screenshot of order # from web site account.
  • Credit Card - you must have order # to pick up. 

 

 EXAMPLES OF SAME DAY* ORDERING:

-       If your order has been placed and paid for by 11 am, your pick up time will be 4 pm.
-       If your order has been placed and paid for by 12 pm, your pick up time will be 5 pm.
-       If your order has been placed and paid for by 1 pm, your pick up time will be the next business day at 10 am.
-       If your order has been placed and paid for by 2 pm, your pick up time will be the next business day at 11 am.
-       If your order has been placed and paid for by 3 pm, your pick up time will be the next business day at 12 pm.
-       If your order has been placed and paid for by 4 pm, your pick up time will be the next business day at 1 pm.
-       If your order has been placed and paid for by 5 pm, your pick up time will be the next business day at 2 pm.
