In the rare case that your order is not 100% free from defects in the materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition only (not worn/used) and in its original packing for a prompt exchange for the same item. Each item is photographed in the shipping area as a final measure to insure quality before it is shipped.

Understandably, custom/personalized items cannot be accepted for return and or exchange, unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship (unfortunately this does not pertain to customer ordering errors). Be sure to check your products upon arrival to make sure your order is free from defect.

All claims for exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of receipt (according to the order tracking delivery date). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To help make your ordering experience as delightful as possible please double check spelling, dates and names carefully prior to submitting your final order; with personalized items we can’t assume you meant to write/put anything other than what we receive.

We want each customer to feel free to express themselves as they please, but note that Think Custom reserves the right to cancel your order at our discretion. 

Sizing Refunds: If you are not familiar with this brand please compare the measurements with something you currently own. We do not offer refunds/exchanges if your shirt does not fit.

Cancellation: Due to our fast turn around times we do not cancel any orders.
